Real Leather online shop accepts both Paypal for payment using major credit cards (VISA, Master Card, AMEX, Diners Club and EFTPOS).
You shall be taken to Paypal’s website during the check out process and once the payment process is finished - you shall be back to Real Leather online shop.
We do not process any credit cards on our site.
Other forms of payment are by Direct Bank Deposit or sending a bank cheque. You can also use PAY ID , which is paying someone on a phone number.

All necessary details will be given to you at the time of check out.
Simply call : (03) 9720 7918 and have the product ID with you. We shall ask you delivery details and raise a Paypal invoice for payment. Once you pay - we shall post the item to you.
All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes. If you have not received your order confirmation email, check your junk email or spam folder.

All our parcels are sent with Australia Post and for both domestic and International parcels - tracking is available.
Once parcel is sent - tracking information is sent by email. You may also login to your Real Leather account and check the status and tracking details for your order.

All our parcels are carried by Australia Post.
If your order is over AUD $ 149, we will cover the cost of shipping for you.
Real Leather uses Registered International Post by Australia Post for our international delivery service. Also, please note that all prices on our website are in various currencies.

We design all our products in Australia. It would be wrong to take all the credits. A lot of our designs are contributed by our customers or users. They give us designs to develop and with their permission we market the same designs. So lot of our items are contributed by our customers. Like the Rudi Bag and the Eva Bag. Also the 32 card wallet and the Double sided Ladies wallet. However we do chop and change a lot of features. Our designs keep changing and evolving with time.
Our manufacturing base is in India. The type of leather we use in making the wallets, is not available in Australia, in the way we want. So we have our tannery and craftsmen in India, where we have very strict quality controlled manufacturing. However remember these products are majorly made by hand. Only various tools and sewing machine is used in the making process. So you shall have to consider the inherent defects and short comings that comes with the handmade product making.
So we aptly describe our products as ‘Designed in Australia, Made for the World’.
