What different leather do you use in the products?
We use majorly cow hide in our production of wallets. We have used successfully Chicken Skin in some of our styles. Chicken skin is basically bird skin. Bird skin is like Ostrich skin or Emu skin. Only, Chicken skin is inexpensive. The skin comes from the chicken feet. With use chicken skin wallets becomes shiny and look like snake skin.
In our belts we use buffalo skin which is thick and supple. This type of leather is ideal for belt making. Our traditional belts are made out of one piece leather. Edge stitching is done to give it a nicer look.
If I buy a wallet from the online store, is there any other way to pay for it? I do not have a credit or debit card.
You may purchase any product and pay by sending a cheque. Your product will be posted to you as and when the cheque is cleared in the bank. In such cases, we would suggest that after choosing the product you want to buy from the online shop, note down the style number and your choice of colour. Then use the contact form and send us a message about your purchase. We shall provide you with details about where to send the cheque.
I have purchased a wallet from the online store. When do I get it?
We shall post your chosen wallet as soon as we receive the payment. We use Australia Post for all our deliveries. We hope that they promptly deliver every time.
I want to come to your place and see all the wallets and purchase one. Is it possible?
We prefer that customers use our online purchases. However there are exceptions always. For that we prefer that you contact us over the phone or through the contact form. At present we do not have a physical shop where you may be able to come and see all our products. But we can help. You need to ask us separately.
What kind of warranty do you have on your products?
All our products are handmade. We use best quality zips from YKK. All other parts in our manufacturing are selected for the good quality. We are proud of our workmanship. After reasonable usage if there is any unnatural breakage or failure, we promise, to exchange the product for a new one. However if you have a dud or a claim, then first write to us through the contact form. The next step would be that you send back your defective wallet to us for inspection. We shall send you the replacement promptly.
However, we would request you – if the defect has occurred because of your use of the wallet, then, we shall not be able to honour our warranty.
